A.  No.  There is no charge.

Q.  How quickly will a tower remove my junk car?
A.  You will be contacted to arrange pick up within 24 to 48 hours after you submit  your vehicle for removal using the below contact form.

Q.   Do I need to be at home when you pick up my car donation?
A.  You do not need to be at home. Simply clean the vehicle of any personal belongings and leave the cars keys and title under the dashboard.

Q.  Can you remove my junk car for free, even if it is missing parts?
A.  In most cases our towers can remove your vehicle without any charges. Submit your vehicle for removal on our website and a tower will contact you to discuss the problem.

Q.  When the tower picks up my vehicle will I receive a receipt?
A. Yes upon request. Mention to the tower that contacts you for your junk car removal that you will need a junk receipt. It will normally be available at the time of removal or soon after if additional paperwork is needed.

Q.  Can I junk my car even if I have unpaid parking tickets?
A.  Yes you can. The parking tickets involve your license plates and drivers license and not the vehicle itself.
